This script isn't installed by default. Go to your web control panel --> Free Scripts --> SFE PageSearch, to load it into your account.
It will be installed into dir /search. So you can access it by http://yourdomain.com/search/
Example: http://yourdomain.com/search/instruct.htm, http://yourdomain.com/search/search.html

You can customize the look and feel of this script by editing the templates. You can also set your basic directory, if you want to search only in a sub dir. Modify the search results page, block certain file extensions from being indexed and more...
